This is a good "old fashioned" hearty Tomato Relish, one that all the family love. Great on the kids' sandwiches, makes a lovely dip and is very versatile. Try it and you too will find it "addictive".
A luxurious Jam suitable for any occasion. Low on sugar with no compromise on deliciousness.
Even people that don't like feijoas have tried this and love it! I make it with loads of feijoas, onions etc and the flavour is hard to explain but definitely "Yum". A good all rounder, great with meats and chicken, cheese etc. It's so good I am getting requests for this from international customers.
As promised my Marmalade is now available. It's a Grapefruit and Lemon Marmalade and I know there are a lot of people on medication that are advised not to have grapefruit. I too am one of those people but I can't resist my Marmalade and get through a jar every month. So, a little every now and then and I am just fine!
For those Marmalade officiandos, this is one for you. Tart and full of flavour - I love it with a good Colby or tasty cheese on crackers. It's a taste sensation you won't believe!
Full of delicious plum, with a tart lemon finish. You won't be disappointed!
"I must admit I bought from the supermarket in desperation - a high end product - but it wasn't a pinch on yours. It's the lemon. It just bites thru the sweet of the plum." - Shiree, Orewa
Well, I had a lot of feijoas last season - 56 kilos of pulp in my freezer from 4 bushes! So I made a jam. Not your everyday jam though. I make this with feijoas, vanilla pods and crystallised ginger. It's smooth and delicate and the vanilla pods add that X factor.
Simply add any of your favourite jars to your cart, and we’ll pack them into our gift-ready box.
The gift box can hold 3 large jars (300g each), or 5 small jars (120g each).

Not overly hot but it has a pretty good kick. Made with Indian spices for a genuine Indian style flavour. Add coconut milk to make a yummy sauce or for use in a stir fry. Also fab with cheese on crackers and a nice cold beer.

A great balance between the sweetness of plums and the kick of chilli (just a little!) on your palate. A popular option both here in NZ and overseas!
Plum's this year are in short supply since we have had such a late summer. I am grabbing all I can from from my local orchard. but there won't be much left until the next season so get it while you can, and enjoy!
This is not too spicy and the beetroot flavour is nicely balanced with the spices. This was my number one seller before I started making my Onion Marmalata.

This one's a keeper! By that I mean the longer you keep it for the more it matures, like a fine wine. Unfortunately, it sells so well I can never store it for long enough! The peaches for this chutney come fresh off of my freestone Golden Queen peach trees. It's quite thick in consistency but very tasty. It comes with a nice cayenne kick and is a little spicy. It goes well with feta cheese or blue cheese, and it's also great with tomatoes and ham. It's one to have around!

I recently started making a mustard pickle. People kept asking me for a "piccalilli style" relish so after looking at the ones on the shelves in the supermarkets I knew I could do better. This has loads of chunky vegetables, cauliflower, capsicum, celery, beans, courgettes, and onions in a mustard sauce. It has a fresh piquant taste and if you are fond of Ploughman platters this is one for you!
Not to be confused with a caramelised onion jam. My Onion Marmalata has a nice bite to it and is made with fresh rosemary. It's great with meats and pizza toppings etc. This now outsells my beetroot relish.

I had a creative moment and wanted to try to make a really GOOD Apricot jam. I've never made it before so after a bit of trial and error, lots of shambles in the kitchen, and quite a late night cooking, I am really pleased with the end result!
It's a must to try. Its apricot'y, lemony and has half the recommended sugar, so the sugar doesn't over power the fruit flavours. Tried it out on my Dad who loves his jams, and got the big tick of approval!
Just like the summer, enjoy it while you can!
I did a bit of experimenting with the idea of producing a Salsa. Salsa's are usually made with fresh tomatoes, but I decided I should be able to make a cooked version and am really pleased with the results. Simmering for the medium heat lovers and Sizzling for those of you who love something hot!
This one needs to be kept refrigerated and used within two months
Available in 300 gram jars only
My Tamarillo chutney is a good “all rounder” . If my customers ask me for something fruity, not too spicy and great with cheese and cold meats I always recommend this one. If you are entertaining with pre dinner nibbles this is perfect for everyone. It also makes a great marinade for pork, chicken or red meats.
This came into being as I was experimenting with Indian flavours. It has a Tomato base and is a cross between a salsa and a relish in texture. Its not hot, as I was wanting to cater to a large range of people, but it is a very good blend of traditional flavours. Again this starts off a little sweet and then all those yummy flavours come through.

A taste of summer in every spoonful, ontoast for breakfast, over yoghurt or my favourite, on freshly bakedscones.
Simple, delicious, 3 ingredients, strawberries, lemon and sugar. No colouring, added preservatives, emulsifiers or any of that gunk that is added to our foods.

This is a great addition to any of your meals if mixed with a little bit of sour cream. Makes a tasty dip, chili level not too hot, very clean on the palette. Very versatile and popular.
