I recently started making a mustard pickle. People kept asking me for a "piccalilli style" relish so after looking at the ones on the shelves in the supermarkets I knew I could do better. This has loads of chunky vegetables, cauliflower, capsicum, celery, beans, courgettes, and onions in a mustard sauce.
