Well, I had a lot of feijoas last season - 56 kilos of pulp in my freezer from 4 bushes! So I made a jam. Not your everyday jam though. I make this with feijoas, vanilla pods and crystallised ginger. It's smooth and delicate and the vanilla pods add that X factor.
